If my agent is away, is there someone else I can speak to regarding my policy?
Yes, if your agent is on vacation you will be directed to our Sales Support who will be happy to assist you. If they are unable to help you, you will then be transferred to one of our other agents. They will be sure to include your agent on any necessary correspondence. If your agent is away from their desk for a short period of time, you will be directed to leave a voicemail and they will get back to you.
Can I make a payment over the phone?
Yes, we take both VISA and MasterCard by phone at either the Ridgetown (519)674-5434 or Blenheim (519) 676-1042 offices.
What do I need to do to change my name?
If you need to change your name, a simple call or email to your agent is all that is needed. However, if you are changing the name on a policy due to the death of a policyholder, we will need a copy of the will and death certificate. If you are adding a named insured to the policy, we will need an updated copy of the deed with all names listed (residential/commercial/farm). If a named insured is being added to an auto policy, we will need an updated ownership. If you are removing a named insured, the person being removed will need to sign a release of interest form in order to process the change.
